Perfect for a weekend breakfast or sweet treat!
In a medium bowl, whisk together warm water and instant yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Add milk, eggs, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Whisk until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Pour in the wet mixture and mix until dough forms.
Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Transfer dough to a floured surface. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle (about 10 x 14 inches).
Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly. Starting from the long side, roll the dough up tightly into a log and cut into rolls.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup and nonstick baking. Place rolls in the pan, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
